Autotuner File Could Not Be Saved I/O Error Solution

Problem:
Tried to read Sprinter CRD3P.B0 ECU with Autotuner. It reads OK but failed to save the file.

Have this I/O error:
The file could not be saved: I/O error.

The file has been read and not saved properly.

Any solution?

Solution:

Check the file directory. The file storage drive is out of space.

Change to another storage drive or PC.
