Problem:
I get this error with CG FC200 programmer that I have to upgrade. So I upgrade and now I get this stupid message. How can I fix this?
Error 1: 0703 Request data is out of range.
Error 2: Receiving timeout.
Solution:
Uninstall the software, download the latest version from the official website, and reinstall it. CG FC200 software is working normally.

This issue came with me, I installed the new version of the software and later updated its frame ware, my issue was resolved.
